The minister for commerce made an order under section 12e of the act, cited as the retail trading hours (city of albany) christmas and public holiday variation order 2020. It authorises general retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the albany local government district to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and hours as detailed in the table.
