The City of Kwinana Council resolved on 27 May 2026 to make the Local Government Property Local Law 2026, under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law, which repeals the Town of Kwinana Local Government Property Local Law of 2003, applies throughout the district and covers preliminary matters, determinations regarding local government property use, permit requirements, behaviour on property, specific property regulations, fees, jetties and bridges, objections, miscellaneous provisions, and enforcement.
