In accordance with section 7 of the Water Services Act 2012, the Minister for Water, Hon Don Punch MLA, has granted an exemption from the application of section 5(1) of the Act to RAC Tourism Assets Pty Ltd (Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort) for the provision of a potable water service and a sewerage service to the Monkey Mia Conservation Park Visitor Centre, managed by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions. The exemption will come into effect on the day it is published in the Government Gazette and is valid for an indefinite period.
