Creditors and other persons having a claim (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 November 2025 are required by the trustee, to send particulars of their claims to Rouphael & Associates Solicitors of 300 Albany Highway Victoria Park, wa 6001, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
