Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Brian Lindsay Gillham, late of 14 scole place, huntingdale, western australia, who died on 19 november 2020, are required by the executor, john william hondros to send to 19b williams road, melville, western australia, 6156, particulars of such claims within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
