ZZ408 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Harry Lyle Wells, late of Treeby Parklands, 5 Abelia Road, Treeby, Western Australia 6164 and previously of Moramockining Road Dwarda WA 6308, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 1st January 2026 are required by the Executor appointed under the Will, Peter Thomas Wells of 17 Third Avenue Kensington WA 6151 to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month of today’s date, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice. ———————————
