In the estate of Emerald Cynthia Wolff Michaelson, late of Maurice Zeffert Home, 113/130 Creswell Road, Dianella, Western Australia, home duties, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 8th day of August 2017 are required by the personal representative Jeffery Lin c/- Greenstone Legal, po box 744, West Perth, Western Australia 6872 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 11th day of December 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
