Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land in the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup. In accordance with section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to carry out fire prevention work on land owned or occupied by you. The penalty for non-compliance with this notice is a maximum fine of $1000. An inspection of fire breaks and hazard removal will be carried out in Rural and Urban areas on or after 19th September each year.
