It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme amendment on 4 November 2020 for the purpose of reclassifying Crown Reserve 29085 (Lots 952 & 2046) Tindale Street, Port Hedland from Local Scheme Reserve ‘Other Public Purposes—Waste Disposal and Treatment’ to ‘Urban Development’ and amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
