LG407 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 Shire of Murray BASIS OF RATES I, Laura Hunter, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 3 March 2026 determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Murray as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land— Schedule Designated Land UV to GRV • All those portions of land being Lot 31, Lot 32, Lots 34 to 48 inclusive and Lot 96 as shown on Deposited Plan 430261.
