Made by the governor in executive council under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(d). This order is the Country Areas Water Supply (Perenjori Water Reserve) Abolition Order 2020. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. The Perenjori Water Reserve is abolished.
