Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 8 january 2025 are required by the executors to send particulars of their claim to mcfarlane lawyers, po box 1079, west perth wa 6872 by 19 may 2026 after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
