The council of the Shire of Esperance resolved on 24th January 2023 to make the following local law under the powers conferred on it by the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Esperance Cat Local Law 2022 and comes into operation fourteen (14) days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
