Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, varies the exemption of land originally declared on 26 October 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 02 November 2012 by varying the description to that as described hereunder. The exemption will expire on 25 October 2024.
