Notice Text
Pursuant to section 22 of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004, an exemption is granted for any driver transporting only mineral ores and concentrates classified as UN 3077 environmentally hazardous substances, solid, n.o.s. from regulation 216(1) of the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007. This exemption is valid for five years unless amended or cancelled.
