It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Bunbury Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 September 2021 for the purpose of— 1. Removing the lower value of all split R-Codes from various lots as shown on Amendment Map 1. 2. Changing the R-Code of Lots 3-5 (No.s 6, 8 and 10) Whitley Place from R20/30 to R40 as shown on Amendment Map 2. 3. Changing the R-Code of part of Lots 6, 7 and 8 (No.s 4, 2 and 1) Whitley Place from R20/30 to R40 as shown on Amendment Map 3. 4. Changing the R-Code of Lot 2 (No.173A) Minninup Road from R20/30 to R40 as shown on Amendment Map 4. 5. Changing the R-Code of Lot 10 (No 5) Whitley Place from R20/30 to R60 as shown on Amendment Map 5. 6. Changing the R-Code of Lots 353—358 (No.s 20, 22, 24, and 26) Jacaranda Crescent from R20/30 to R40 as shown on Amendment Map 6. 7. Changing the R-Code of Lot 558 (No.2) Davenport Way and Lots 367, 105 and 356 (No.s 2, 4 and 6) Jacaranda Crescent from R20/30 to R60 as shown on Amendment Map 7. 8. Changing the R-Code of Lot 227 on Plan 11732 and SP 47491 (No.3 Wilkerson Way and No. 2 Rand Court) from R20/30 to R60 and designate it as a ‘Development Areas Special Control Area’, as shown on Amendment Map 8. 9. Changing the R-Code of Lot 559 on Diagram 58942 and SP 36055 (No.3 Rand Court and No.12 Stallard Place) from R20/30 to R60 and designate it as a ‘Development Areas Special Control Area’, as shown on Amendment Map 9. 10. Changing the R-Code of Lot 200 on Plan 72260 and SP 57296 (No.40 Reynolds Way/No. 1 Stallard Place) from R20/30 to R60 and designate it as a ‘Development Areas Special Control Area’, as shown on Amendment Map 10. 11. Changing the R-Code of various lots on Armstrong Way and portions of the Reynolds Way, Parade Road, and Stallard Place road reserves and Lot 2 (No. 29) Stallard Place from R20/30 to R80 as shown on Amendment Map 11.
