This proclamation is the local government legislation amendment act 2019 commencement proclamation 2019. The local government legislation amendment act 2019 sections 15 and 61 come into operation as follows: section 15 on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette; section 61 on 16 september 2019.
