Suleila Felton, delegated by the Minister, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of the Local Government Act 1995, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land.
