Requires landowners in the Shire of Nannup to undertake fire prevention work.

Notice is given that pursuant to Part 3 Division 6 Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, all owners and occupiers of land in the Shire of Nannup are required to carry out fire prevention work. Failure to comply may result in a penalty not exceeding $5,000, or the issue of a $250 infringement notice and liability for any costs incurred by the Shire. Applications for a variation must be lodged prior to 1st November each year.
