LG404 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale BASIS OF RATES I, Laura Hunter, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 6 March 2026 determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land— Schedule Designated Land UV to GRV All those portions of land being Lots 105 to 125 inclusive, Lots 127 to 139 inclusive, Lots 141 to 147 inclusive, Lots 149 to 154 inclusive, Lot 202, Lot 203 and Lots 216 to 218 inclusive as shown on Deposited Plan 430827.
