I, anthony thomas bullen, acting executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 24 november 2010 and published in the government gazette dated 3 december 2010 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 23 november 2022.
