I refer to the collapse of Therapy Focus in October 2025 and the ongoing National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) reforms being undertaken by the Commonwealth Government, and I ask:
(a) Has the State Government undertaken any analysis of wider sectoral risks in the Disability Services space to ascertain whether other providers are at risk of collapse or presently experiencing severe financial strain;
(b) If ‘Yes’ to (a), what were the findings of this analysis and to what extent is there wider systemic risk among disability support providers in Western Australia; and
(c) If ‘Yes’ to (b), what action is the State Government taking, in collaboration with disability services providers, to mitigate these risks and support Western Australians with disability?
