(1) Since 1 July 2025, has Fremantle Port Authority been notified by any agency of any suspected or confirmed illicit tobacco, illegal tobacco, contraband tobacco, illegal vapes, illicit vapes or related products entering Western Australia through Fremantle Port?
(2) If yes to (1), please provide the date, agency, nature of notification, product type and whether the matter related to a container, vessel, consignment, warehouse, terminal or other port-related activity?
(3) Since 1 July 2025, has Fremantle Port Authority been notified by Australian Border Force or the Department of Home Affairs of any seizure, detection, referral, investigation or intelligence matter involving illicit tobacco or illicit vaping products linked to Fremantle Port?
(4) If yes to (3), please provide the number of notifications, date of each notification, general nature of the matter and the action taken by Fremantle Port Authority.?
