I refer to the Government announcement: "New WA Housing Strategy launched. Connecting 150,000 WA households to a home by 2030." Last updated: 14 October 2024 but originally announced in 2020. The announcement states that The Department of Communities was in the process of developing three housing-related plans:
(a) The Affordable Housing Implementation Plan, "due for completion later this year" will set the agenda and articulate the roles and responsibilities in relation to affordable housing delivery. Has this been developed, if so can it be provided? If not why not;
(b) The Social Housing Framework will look at "how we can create a more agile social housing system that can respond to changing housing needs" Was expected to be launched in mid-2021. Has this been developed, if so can it be provided? If not why not; and
(c) The Regional and Remote Housing Implementation Plan will "assess the unique needs and characteristics of each region and is due to be rolled out in late 2021". Has this been developed, if so can it provided? If not why not?
