I refer to the Sanderson Road IGA at 35 Sanderson Road, Lesmurdie, which has had issues of power connection in January 2026, and I ask:
(a) did Building and Energy Western Australia (WA) receive a complaint from the Sanderson Road IGA owner in January 2026 regarding their power connection;
(b) if yes to (a):
(i) please provide details of the complaint;
(ii) what action was taken by Building and Energy WA; and
(iii) was Western Power alerted to a power issue at the Sanderson Road IGA in January;
(c) are all electrical (shock and fire), fuel and gas
accidents or incidents that occur in Western Australia required to be reported;
(d) does Building and Energy WA or Western Power have any ongoing investigations into power incidents at the Sanderson Road AGL; and
(e) please provide any reports or correspondence in relation to any complaint from the Sanderson Road IGA in 2026?
