(a) Does the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) prepare burn assessment reports following prescribed burns;
(b) if yes to (a), how many reports were prepared in 2024–25;
(c) who receives these reports internally; and
(d) are they provided to district offices and operational staff involved in prescribed burns?
(2) Are these reports made publicly available and if not, why not
?
(3) Will the Minister table or release the burn assessment reports for prescribed burns undertaken in Perth Hills blocks during April and May 2026
?
(4) If no to (3), please provide a reason as to why not
