I refer to the Art Gallery of Western Australia on-site services satisfaction survey (reported in the 2026-27 Budget at 84 per cent satisfaction) and ask:
(a) How many respondents completed the satisfaction survey in:
(i) 2024-25; and
(ii) 2025-26;
(b) What methodology was used to conduct the satisfaction survey, including whether respondents completed an online survey, paper survey, interview, focus group or another format;
(c) At what point during or after a visit were respondents invited to complete the survey;
(d) What was the total cost incurred in undertaking the survey, including any costs associated with collection, analysis and reporting of the results;
(e) Was any personal information collected as part of the survey, and if so:
(i) Who is responsible for storing and managing that information; and
(ii) For what purpose is that information retained and used;
(f) What factors are taken into account when determining the Budget target for this KPI; and
(g) Why is the Art Gallery of Western Australia's 2026–27 Budget target satisfaction rate significantly lower than the target satisfaction rates reported for the State Library of Western Australia and the Western Australian Museum?
