(a) If yes, on what date was that advice provided; and
(b) will the Minister table that advice?
(2) Has DPIRD assessed the competitive impact on WA wine producers arising from wine inclusion occurring ahead of equivalent reforms in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales:
(a) If yes to the above, will the Minister table that assessment?
(3) Did the Minister advocate within Government for:
(a) a deferral of wine inclusion;
(b) transitional assistance; and
(c) a small producer relief mechanism:
(i) If yes to any part of above, what action was taken; and
(ii) If no, why no?
