I refer to the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment's Statement of Reasons for the decision to approve the North West Shelf Extension under the EPBC Act, and in particular Attachment K: Department comments on WA State conditions, and I ask:
(a) was the WA Government provided with a copy of Attachment K in draft or final form either before or after the decision:
(i) if yes to (a), please table the documents;
(b) did the DCCEEW consult the WA Government or DWER on this document or its advice more generally regarding the state conditions:
(i) if yes to (b), please table any information provided by the Commonwealth and any responses or information provided to the Commonwealth as part of this process; and
(c) was there any other correspondence between the State and Commonwealth Governments during the process of consulting on Proposed Conditions by the Commonwealth Minister:
(i) if yes to (c), please table any correspondence?
