I refer to the State Infrastructure Strategy 2022 - Implementation Progress Report 2025, and I ask:(a) Has the Government received recommendations or advice from Infrastructure WA (IWA) on "the merits of embedding benefits management plans and post completion reviews for projects and programs that require Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (MIPA) assessments";(b) If yes to (a):(i) Will this advice be made public;(ii) When will the Government provide a response; and(iii) Will the Government response be made public;(c) If no to (a):(i) When are these recommendations and advice due;(ii) Are these recommendations and advice still due in "early 2026"; and(iii) Have they been delayed by the 2050 Commission changes;(d) With respect to the 10 actions identified as "behind schedule":(i) Can the Premier provide a current action update for each; and(ii) Have any been since reclassified from "behind schedule"; and(e) With respect to the 5 actions identified as "discontinued":(i) Can the Premier provide a current action update for each; and(ii) Have any been since reclassified from "discontinued"?

Answer

(a – b) No. (c) The advice is due by June 2026 and was not delayed by the announcement of the establishment of the 2050 Commission. (d – e) Updates on all actions can be found in the interactive dashboard on the Infrastructure WA website. The next implementation progress update will be published at the end of 2026.
