I refer to conflicts of interests relating to Ministers or Ministerial staff and I ask:
(a) How many ministerial conflict-of-interest declarations have been submitted to DPC or PSC in each of the past five financial years;
(b) How many of those declarations required:
(i) recusal from decisions;
(ii) recusal from meetings; and
(iii) divestment of interests;
(c) Have any Ministers sought exemptions, waivers, or special advice concerning perceived conflicts of interest since 2017;
(d) Since 2017, how many ministers or ministerial staff have sought formal advice regarding conflicts arising from:
(i) political donations;
(ii) former employers;
(iii) unions;
(iv) lobbying firms;
(v) family business interests, or; and
(vi) close personal associates;
(e) Has any minister or ministerial staff since 2021 continued participating in decisions after declaring a conflict of interest? If so, on what basis was this permitted; and
(f) Has the Department ever advised the Premier that a minister’s or ministerial staff's private interests created an unacceptable conflict with their responsibilities since 2021:
(i) If yes, please detail these instances but do not use individual's names or titles.?
