(b) What was the salary of the two previous occupants of this position - Angela Kelly PSM and John Langoulant AO;
(c) What are the specific additional entitlements for Ms Tomkinson;
(d) What were the specific additional entitlements for Ms Kelly and Mr Langoulant;
(e) Do return airfares to Perth for personal and or leave arrangements form part of the additional entitlements for Ms Tomkinson, if so, how many, does it include other members of Ms Tomkinson’s family and what class of airfare applies;
(f) Did return airfares to Perth for personal and or leave arrangements form part of the additional entitlements for Ms Kelly and Mr Langoulant, if so, how many, did it include other members of their family and what class of airfare applied (for each);
