I thank the minister
for the response she provided to my question of yesterday in relation to
amendments to WA's THC driving laws, as discussed in detail by the safe driving
working group, which her predecessor convened.
(1) How long have these government
considerations now been underway?
(2) Is there any one minister who is
currently considering the matter and, if so, how long has this consideration
lasted to date?
(3) Have there been any developments on
this issue in the past 24 hours?
