(1) Over the last five financial years, how many allegations or complaints of bullying or workplace harassment were recorded across the Western Australian TAFE sector, including allegations:(a) made by staff against other staff; and(b) made by staff against managers or senior executives?(2) For each TAFE college, and for each year, how many such allegations were:(a) dealt with through an internal grievance or misconduct process;(b) referred to or the subject of proceedings before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Fair Work Commission, WorkSafe WA, the Ombudsman Western Australia, or the State Administrative Tribunal; and(c) withdrawn, resolved informally, or dismissed?(3) Of the allegations recorded in each year, how many resulted in:(a) no further action;(b) findings of unreasonable behaviour or bullying;(c) management action being taken (including counselling, performance management, disciplinary action or termination); and(d) systemic or policy changes?(4) Are records of bullying allegations and outcomes held centrally by the Department of Training and Workforce Development?(5) If no to (4), why not?
