Schools—Discrimination11.Hon Sophie McNeillto the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Education:I refer to recent reports that Western Australia, after New South Wales, has the country's highest number of discrimination complaints against schools, and I note that the recommendations of theReview of the School Education Act 1999 (WA)were tabled in October last year.(1) In light of this high number of complaints, can the minister please provide an update on when recommendations will be implemented in full and, if not, why not?(2) What additional support has the government made available to students who are currently impacted by shortcomings identified in the act's review and, if there is none, why not?
