the minister representing the Minister for Corrective
Services:
I refer to the
minister's answer on 7 May 2026 to my question without notice 250 asked on 5
May 2026, which revealed that of the 131 offenders subject to a post-sentence
supervision order, 84 are being managed in the community.
(1) Are the whereabouts currently known
of all the remaining 47 offenders subject to a PSSO?
(2) If no to (1), how many offenders'
whereabouts are currently unknown?
