I refer to the Minister's answer to Question on Notice 2056 (answered 14 May 2026) and to the 2026-27 Budget Papers, which record $676,000 expended against the Albany Gas Transition allocation in 2025-26, and I ask:
(a) On what specific activities, contracts, programs or engagements was the $676,000 expended, with a full itemised breakdown;
(b) Were any consultants or contractors engaged using this funding, and if so:
(i) What are the names of those consultants or contractors;
(ii) What was the value of each engagement; and
(iii) What were the terms of reference or scope of work for each engagement;
(c) What specific deliverables, including reports, assessments, modelling or recommendations, have been produced to date under this allocation;
(d) When will those deliverables be made publicly available; and
(e) Given that the budget description states this funding is to support customers impacted by the closure to transition to alternative energy sources, how does expenditure incurred prior to the commencement of any customer transition constitute transition support?
