(a) The Premier’s Natural Disaster Recovery Fund (the Fund) is demand driven. The Fund includes the Residential Recovery Fund administered by The Australian Red Cross, and the Small Business and Community Groups Recovery Fund administered by the Western Australian Council of Social Service.
