I have a short answer today.(1)–(3) The Premier was informally made aware of the federal government's investigation into Alcoa's activitiesin the weeks leading up to the announcement last week.(4)–(5) Answers to these questions will be provided to the honourable member on Thursday 26 February.(6) A state agreement variation must be negotiated. Once the state has reached in-principle agreement with Alcoa it will be introduced to Parliament.(7) A State Agreement Amendment Act variation will be introduced to Parliament for debate.
