I refer to the Federal Government's Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and I ask:
(a) Does the WA Government keep track of how many HAFF dwellings are constructed in WA, if not why not;
(b) How many HAFF-funded projects have been completed to date in WA
;
(c) Please provide a breakdown of each project, location, and costs associated with constructing these dwellings;
(d) Are any HAFF funds in WA used to purchase housing? If so, what proportion is allocated to spot purchases vs constructing new dwellings;
(e) Of all HAFF-supported projects announced in WA, how many are:
(i) still in planning;
(ii) awaiting development approval;
(iii) awaiting builder procurement; and; and
(iv) under construction;
(f) Can the Minister provide the average time between:
(i) project announcement and first site works for WA HAFF projects;
(ii) funding approval and first site works for WA HAFF projects; and
(iii) contract execution and first site works for WA HAFF projects; and
(g) What is the average per-dwelling subsidy being provided through HAFF projects in WA once Commonwealth and State contributions are combined?
