I refer to a contract (DHW26029) for the purchase of 200 Dell Notebook, Dell PRO 14 PLUS [2-in-1] (Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 265U, vPro®, 32 GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 14", Touch, FHD+, Integrated Intel Arc graphics and Fingerprint reader, 4yr warranty) and 200 Dell Pro Active Pens (PN526) by your department and I ask:
(a) What was the per-unit cost of each laptop and pen given the total estimated contract was over $800,000;
(b) What was the purpose of this bulk purchase; and
(c) What is the JAT program and why does it require 200 Dell laptops and 200 Dell pens?
