(b) how many are based interstate?
(2) How many wine producers are expected to require a Supply Agreement before 1 July 2026:
(a) What proportion of producers identified above have executed an agreement?
(3) Has WARRRL undertaken any assessment of whether producers have sufficient time to:
(a) receive the agreement
;
(b) obtain independent legal advice; and
(c) execute the agreement before 1 July 2026:
(i) If yes, will the Minister table that assessment?
(4) Has WARRRL published a plain-English summary of producer obligations under the Supply Agreement:
(a) If no, does the Government consider that producers have been provided with sufficient information to understand their contractual obligations before execution?
