I refer to conflicts of interest and government board appointments in WA:
(a) How many board appointments since 2017 involved individuals who were:
(i) former MPs;
(ii) former ministerial staffers;
(iii) former union officials;
(iv) Labor Party office bearers (either WA Labor or from other Labor Party branches across Australia);
(v) political donors; and
(vi) recent Labor candidates (either in WA or elsewhere in Australia);
(b) Since 2017, have any board appointments been reversed, withdrawn, or reviewed following integrity concerns or media scrutiny; and
(c) How many appointees to WA Government boards or authorities since 2017 have been subject to:
(i) Corruption and Crime Commission investigations;
(ii) Auditor General findings;
(iii) Ombudsman findings, or; and
(iv) conflicts-of-interest allegations?
