(2) Has DWER independently reviewed or verified that acoustic modelling against the prescribed standards in the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, or has DWER relied on the City's representation that the event complies?
(3) Is there a written determination that no approval under regulation 18 or 19B is required for this event, and will the Parliamentary Secretary provide a copy of that determination and the underlying acoustic modelling?
