❓ Hon. Anthony Spagnolo asks about the completion status of the detailed design for the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct project, referencing an Infrastructure WA report. The Minister deflects, referring the member to another question.

I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which emphasised that the assessment occurred at an early stage of design development, and I ask:(a) has the full detailed design now been completed;(b) if yes to (a), can the Minister table the final scope of works; and(c) if no to (a), what stage of design development has currently been reached?
