The 2024-25 Western Power Annual Report includes an estimate for Clean Energy Link-North of $1.2 billion.
The 2025-26 State Budget states “$542 million will be invested in 2025-26 to continue to progress the CEL-North project....and to support the decarbonisation of the SWIS and enable more renewable energy sources to be connected. ”
These amounts differ as one is in reference to the entire Clean Energy Link-North project, and one relates to one financial year only.
