Portfolio: Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport
Question
I refer to the Government's six-week online community consultation on Western Australia's Graduated Licensing System (GLS), and I ask:(a) please table all non-confidential submissions, including individual and stakeholder, as well as any early compiled summaries or categorised feedback reports;(b) if the full text of submissions cannot be released, please provide the basis for any exclusions and details of what material has been withheld; and(c) on what date does the Minister expect the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure to deliver its recommendations to Government?
Answer
(a – c) The Western Australia's Graduated Licensing System (GLS) Review received submissions on the basis that only summary data would be made public. Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure will publish an online summary of the GLS Review feedback following Government consideration of a Recommendations paper.
