I refer to the total annual appropriation and expenditure of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA), and I ask:(a) What percentage of DBCA’s total operating budget is spent on head office functions, including FTE;(b) What percentage of DBCA’s total operating budget is spent on regional operations, including FTE;(c) Has funding for visitor services, the Botanical Gardens and Parks Authority, the Rottnest Island Authority, and the Zoological Parks Authority increased at a higher rate than funding for regional bushfire mitigation; and(d) Has DBCA redirected operational funding from Parks and Wildlife to Science, Strategy and Governance:(i) If yes, what is the dollar amount of money redirected?
