I refer to the ability of early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to apply for service waivers, and I ask:(a) For the year ending 31 December 2024, please provide a breakdown of service waiver applications made by the following requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF):(i) Location of principal office of family day care services;(ii) Physical environment:(A) Fencing;(B) Indoor space;(C) Outdoor space;(D) Ventilation and natural light; and(E) Glass;(iii) Staffing:(A) Educators who are under 18 to be supervised;(B) Educator to child ratios - centre-based services;(C) Number of children who can be educated and cared for;(D) General educator qualifications - centre-based services;(E) Family day care educator qualifications;(F) Family day care co-ordinator qualifications;(G) Requirement for early childhood teacher - centre-based services - fewer than 25 approved places;(H) Requirement for early childhood teacher - centre-based services - 25 or more approved places but fewer than 25 children;(I) Requirement for early childhood teacher - centre-based services - 25 to 59 children;(J) Requirement for early childhood teacher - centre-based services - 60 to 80 children;(K) Requirement for early childhood teacher - centre-based services - more than 80 children;(L) Administrative space;(M) Nappy change facilities;(N) Outdoor space - natural environment;(O) Outdoor space - shade; and(P) Premises designed to facilitate supervision;(b) Of the service waivers outlined in (a)-(iii), how many service waivers were approved in the year ending 31 December 2024, by waiver type?
