Road safety banner
323. Hon Maryka Groenewald to the minister representing
the Minister for Police:
I refer to an Easter
road safety banner displayed in Dunsborough reading, "Don't crucify
yourself this Easter", which featured a WA police logo and upset many
constituents and holiday-makers.
(1) Did the minister receive my letter
raising valid concerns about this banner?
(2) If yes to (1), why hasn't the
minister responded?
(3) Will the minister direct this to
police and commit to ensuring this banner is not used again?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
